With over 25 years of experience across divers industries – including pharmaceuticals, banking, chemicals, and entertainment – Ursala brings deep subject matter expertise and a strategic approach to risk management and regulatory compliance.
Her career began as an Information Technology Auditor, where she developed a strong foundation in assessing controls, identifying vulnerabilities, and aligning organizational practices with regulatory requirements. Ursala’s work has consistently placed GRC principles at the core of operational excellence, adapting to the unique laws, regulations, and risk landscapes of each industry.
She is particularly skilled in areas such as Privacy, Cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks including NIST 800-53. Her leadership ensures that GRC Consulting Group delivers high-quality professional services to both commercial clients and government entities at the state, local, and federal levels.
